Yes. We only refer contractors carrying current licensing for their trade and active liability coverage.
Do you pull permits?
Where the work needs them, yes - the contractor files and schedules inspections. Unpermitted work surfaces at resale and is far more expensive to resolve then.
How soon can someone come out?
That depends on the contractor's schedule - we tell you what we are told when we connect you. Larger builds depend on design and permitting, which is where most of the calendar goes, not the construction.
